The Onboarding Process


PHASE ONE

Let’s Meet

  • The first step towards working together is filling out the inquiry form on our website. This form will ask you a couple questions about what you’re looking for so we get a better understanding of how we can help you prior to the application call.

  • Once I have reviewed your inquiry form, we will hop on your scheduled discovery call. This is a 30 minute Zoom call, where we go over your inquiry form and how we can help you grow your socials.

  • Once the application call is over, expect to receive a brand proposal with your custom package that we have curated to fit your business’ goals on social media. The brand proposal also includes information on things like payment plans, next steps, and much more!


PHASE TWO

Making it Official

  • YAY! We are one step closer to making it official. Once you choose a package that is best suited for your business, we will send you the official Agreement for working together. Once the Agreement is reviewed and signed by you, we will then send you your first invoice to pay the initial deposit.

    Please note: We cannot start ANY work until this step is complete, so please make sure you complete this in a timely manner, so we can stay on schedule.

  • Alright, now we’re onto the fun part! We will send you a welcome email that details all of the next steps. Fair warning ─ the welcome email contains lots of information, but it’s important to read it thoroughly to not miss a step!

    The welcome email will include:

    • The New Client Questionnaire

    • Onboarding Packet

    • Your Portal Login

    • Your Unique Google Drive Folder

    • & so much more!

  • This is a KEY step in the onboarding process. While we start curating your social media strategy, you will be uploading all of your brand assets ─ such as your logos, fonts, imagery, videos, etc into your unique Google Drive folder. This is where you will also continually add in new content (if content creation isn’t part of your package).


PHASE THREE

The Strategy

  • Once the new client questionnaire is complete, we can start your social media audit and strategy!

    Please Note: It will take us 3-5 business days to complete this document from the time of submitting your questionnaire. This document is very detailed, as we create custom strategies for all of our clients!

  • Once the audit and strategy are complete, we will hop on a call to discuss both the onboarding packet you received in the welcome email, as well as your custom audit and strategy! You will also get the chance to meet our specialized team to see who will be working behind the scenes on your socials.

  • We’re almost there! Now we will start creating your content calendar for the first two weeks of posting. We will get you to approve all ideas before we start any content creation or graphic design.

    Once approved, we will then start designing and editing to get your approval, before we start officially posting!

  • This step is not “technically” part of the onboarding process, but it is key to note that we will be sending you a monthly analytics report at the end of each month so you can see how your socials are doing and how we will readjust our future strategy having this information!
